WHAT DOES THE ARRIVAL PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

Prior to arrival, you will receive an email from the hotel with detailed arrival instructions.

After landing at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) by 1:56 PM, you will transfer to the resort via a private charter flight (approximately 30–40 minutes).

Guests arriving after 1:56 PM will need to overnight in San José,
as the next charter departs the following morning.

Alternatively, the resort can be reached by ground transportation
in approximately 4.5 hours.

HOW CAN I BOOK MY FLIGHT?

Once you submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with additional flight information, including a link to the AllFly Quest portal.

Airfare is included for you and one guest (18+).

what are the BAGGAGE LIMITATIONS?

Due to strict weight restrictions on our private charter flight from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO), guests are required to limit luggage to 40 liters.

For safety compliance, each passenger and their bag will be discreetly
weighed upon arrival at the airport.

what is the deadline to register?

The registration deadline is March 9th, 2026.

Can i extend my stay — or arrive early?

If you would like to extend or modify your stay, please contact the event planners
to check availability and group rates.

You may also request additional nights during the registration process.

Please note: The cost of additional nights is your personal responsibility
and will not be covered by Nextech.
